HONEYBEE CONCEPT PROGRAM
The HoneyBee Concept combines 25 years of management, leadership, teaming, and training experience with 10+ years of beekeeping experience. The concept merges the want and need of our “TEAMS EFFECTIVENESS” with the harmonious world of the honeybee. Honeybees are one of the world’s largest social organisms and depend on their ability to effectively organize the efforts of tens of thousands of individual bees for their survival. Through study and
observation of the honeybee, the HoneyBee Concept incorporates the methodologies of the honeybee to help enhance our human organizations. The program utilizes the intrigue and mystery of the honeybee to capture and retain participants’ attention all while they learn the fundamentals and beyond of what it takes to have a successful organization. This six-part series may be delivered as individual modules or in its’ entirety.
Module topics:
The HoneyBee Concept provides a unique strategy for teams to embrace cohesion and reach sustainable success. This evolution of the team is based on the expertise of the honeybee, which has relied on successful communication and collaboration for their survival. While teams embrace the methodologies of the honeybee, they learn how to improve their own environmental conditions which promotes advancement and sustainability of their organization.
