Queens
Queens are complicated creatures, and it takes time and energy to breed a healthy and prosperous queen with genetics preferred that will properly care for and replenish your colony. We take the utmost care in raising our queens to ensure they receive ample food supplies to reach their full development potential and choose those with quality laying patterns to pass on to you. Because we are a teaching apiary, queens are bred for docile bees that are high honey producers.

Queen Bee
It is our mission to provide fellow beekeepers with only the healthiest and heartiest queens of the season. Our local, winterized honeybee queens have mixed genetics from these three subspecies: Italians, Carniolans, and Saskatraz. They range in rice from $35-50 depending on the season.
